How do I find the right rollator for me?
When choosing a rollator, you should pay attention to the following points:
o Body height and weight: Choose a frame size that allows you to adjust the handle height to your body height. The permissible body weight should not be exceeded the users requirements.
o Place of use: Do you spend a lot of time outdoors or on uneven paths? Then an outdoor rollator with large, shock-absorbing wheels is ideal. If you value a low weight, we recommend a lightweight model. If comfort and design are your top priorities, a premium rollator could be the best choice.
o Equipment: An ergonomic design with comfortable handles, a sufficiently large seat and stable construction is particularly important. Some rollators are already equipped with a back strap or a bag – others can be individually customised with practical accessories. This makes your rollator a guide that fits in perfectly with your everyday life.
What accessories are available for rollators?
Whether it’s a shopping bag, back strap, rain cover or cane holder – with the right accessories, you can adapt your rollator exactly to your needs. Many extras are already included as standard or can be added individually. You can find an overview directly on the product page of the respective model.
Which rollator height is adjusted correctly for me?
Can I use a rollator as a seat?
Yes, all our rollators have an integrated seat where you can take a break if necessary. You can optionally attach a back belt – for a safe seat in a relaxed position. However, please note that the rollator is only used for temporary resting.
Important: Please always activate the hand brakes before you sit down so that the rollator is stable.
Will a rollator fit in the trunk of a car?
Yes, many of our rollators – especially the TAiMA models – can be folded compactly and easily transported in the trunk. Ideal if you travel a lot or like to go on excursions. Just pay attention to the folding dimensions in the respective product description or user manual.
Which wheels are suitable for uneven paths?
If you are driving on paved walkways, forest paths or gravel, large and soft wheels (e.g. made of PU foam or rubber) are the better choice. They offer more stability, dampen bumps and ensure better driving comfort.

How much user weight can a rollator carry?
The maximum user load capacity depends on the model. Our rollators from the TAiMA range can usually carry up to 150 kg. For higher weight classes, we also offer special models with an extra high load capacity. Please pay attention to the details within the user manual.
How do I clean for my rollator properly?
To ensure that your rollator works well for a long time, you should clean it regularly with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning product (pH value 5-9). Then wipe with clear water and dry all parts thoroughly.
The wheels are best cleaned with a soft brush. You can wash the seat, back strap and bags by hand at up to 30 °C. Please refrain from using wire brushes, high-pressure cleaners or aggressive cleaning products.
Is a rollator suitable for people with balance problems?
Yes, a rollator can help you to walk more safely and stably – even if you have balancing problems. Make sure you choose a model with good braking action, an ergonomic handle height and high stability. This will give you confidence with every step.
